Dr. Thomas is AMAZING. He is a one-man show but he doesn't cut corners when it comes to care, professionalism, and knowledge. His office is always clean, quiet, and peaceful. He helped me tremendously when I sprained my ankle. He therapeutic plan was perfect for my road to recovery. We started each visit from a holistic approach by incorporating some hand sanitizer, brief meditation, and a warm & soothing hand towel. We sparked great conversation at each visit as well. I never would have thought physical therapy would be so awesome. I have zero complaints related to my experience working with him. I mentioned earlier that he is a one-man-show so sometimes he may not be able to answer the phone immediately. Never fear, he will get back to you as soon as he has a break from clients. Also, this office is located on Harford rd. Paid street parking is available, however, he has a free parking lot behind the building that is readily available for his patients. 10/10 recommend this small, minority owned business for all of your physical therapy needs.

I highly recommend Hamilton Physical Therapy. When I first started physical therapy with Dr. Thomas, I could not sit or stand. I had to lie down in the back of the car to get there. I had been hospitalized and could barely walk. I was in so much pain, I could barely talk to Dr. Thomas. Dr. Thomas helped me through some of the worst pain I have experienced. He’s kind, knowledgeable and will provide you with all of the tools you need to get better. I have just finished physical therapy and I’m happy to say, I’m walking, driving and smiling again. The facility is clean and tranquil. Appointments are on time. I’ve been to other physical therapy facilities and the treatment you get at Hamilton Physical Therapy is so much better. You will get one on one treatment with Dr. Thomas. I am truly thankful that Dr. Thomas got me back to living my life again.

I have been to a few other Physical Therapy spots in Maryland, and none compare to the personalized treatment I received from Dr. Thomas. I injured my PCL in my knee and thought my softball days were over. He customized my plan and I could not be happier with the results. He exceeded the realistic expectations he gave me from the beginning. The facility is spotless, the environment is relaxing with the music and the room even smells good! 10/10. If I ever reinjure myself (which is a good possibility) I will be back!
