My experience with this company was just ok. I ordered 4 bundles and a 18inch closure and her hair ain’t cheap. I clearly received a 14inch. I emailed her and she responded in a timely manner. She was sure I received my accurate order, which I didn’t but stated that I could meet her to switch the closer out. I was shock because I didn’t know she was here in Atlanta and I normally prefer not purchase hair over the internet because you never know, people are not honest these days. I agreed and she was supposed to contact me back and never did. I was frustrated but time was not on my side . I absolutely adore Char she is very sweet and helpful. I tend to order online because I live in Miami but she always make sure I get my order really fast. The HAIR BABBYYYYYYY THE HAIR OMG.. I have been going to Char for about 4 years now. She is truly one of the best in Maryland! Great customer service, great product and hair care! My hair went for thick and long to health think and longer! You will not be disappointed!
