When we bought our house last month, we were told the roof was brand new. Turns out, just the flat part was new and the slate shingles were ancient. Our homeowners insurance threatened to cancel on us if we didn't get the shingles replaced quickly.
The folks at Four Twelve Roofing took into account our short timeline, and worked with us to schedule the project as soon as possible. I had a great experience with Four Twelve! Their estimator arrived promptly for our appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue with our leaky roof. He explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. While I was not able to move forward with this project at this time, I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. I would recommend Four Twelve craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly impressive.
