I’ve had an amazing experience shopping at Floor & Decor in Parkville. I’m renovating my home and Alejandra has been such a huge help with ordering and delivery. The selection and customer service is top tier. I wish I could give 10 stars!!
Jamie provided exceptional service! Her patient expertise and thorough guidance made all the difference. She answered every question. And offered valuable advice, helping us make an informed decision. Trisha was extremely helpful in following up with us and offering her assistance and expertise! I just want to give kudos to the young gentleman that helps me every time I visit. Half of the time I don’t know what I need (or want) for that matter but once I explain myself, Nick gets it! He is kind and very patient and I appreciate that! I haven’t had the best experiences when dealing with generational gaps in customer service but Nick B is absolutely amazing!
