I called them about a botched job that was done with the previous owner of my house. They came out right away, saw the problem and fixed it within a week. I was expecting it to be difficult, but they honored the 15 year warranty and did an excellent job. I was very surprised after my dealings with other businesses in the area, and businesses in general with warranties.

I have been dealing with Floodbusters for years. Very relilable and help me out all the time. Very friendly office personnel. I am a Realtor, and needed help with a listing that had some water damage discovered in the basement, which HAD to be fixed on a tight deadline or the deal would fall apart. I was freaked out about the drama that this could entail. First I called another company, who said it would be 2 weeks before they could even come out and look. Then I was recommended by another agent to use Floodbusters - he said they are fast and competent, and their prices are much better than other companies. He was RIGHT.
