My first reaction was how friendly the staff sounded while I waited outside for the office to open. Once in the office I've never seen comraderie like this before. I thought...if the staff are happy..it speaks volumes about the leadership. I was taken aback... Surprisingly the receptionists were very professional, explaining each document I had to sign. As I waited for the doctor, clients were continuously pouring in...each with a smile and pleasant demeanor...clearly glad to be there. My vitals were taken and then Dr. Fidel came in...my goodness...this was the cherry on the cake. We had a conversation about what brought me there...he was extremely personable.... read full review
Whew! I would give 10 stars if I could. I went and got aligned for the first time today by Dr. Wright, and I literally cried tears of relief. He did the most amazing job. I feel like i’m walking on clouds.
I love coming here every week because I feel so much better. This Practice is so much better then all the other ones I have ever been too. The doctors and staff will go above and beyond for the patient, your not just not a number/payment. I truly can recommend this office to anyone in pain.
