My hair was terribly messed up after a getting a bad hair job. Thru my research I found " Family & Friends" barber shop & decided 2 try them, hv my hair chopped off & start again fr scratch. I got there early & waited till shop was opened. Derrell the Barber took a look @ my hair, + fr there was able to gv me a Great cut & shape up, without hvng me bald. His service, mannerism, & professionalism, was outstanding. Am happy I decided to patronize that business.. & will cont going there, & recommend anyone I know who needs a good barber, & barber shop. I had the same hesitation any woman would walking into an urban predominantly male service establishment. However, the environment was warm and welcoming.
