I own a small restaurant. People stuffed paper towels in the toilet. I had 3 plumbers come and could not do the job. So I searched and empire biz came up , I spoke to spyridon on the phone he answered quickly , was extremely professional and made a time to come fix my problem. 4 plumbers later and the right equipment. To do the job later , he is now the only plumber I’ll use. Fair , pleasant and professional. What more can anyone ask for ? I highly recommend.

Spiro provided amazing service beyond my expectations. I gave him a call on an issue that I had with my hot water tank and he came out the next day on time. Not only did he resolve the issues on my hot water tank but he kindly explained to me what the issue was and how he resolved it. He is an honest man and I respect his integrity and honesty with his work. The next time I have an issue with my plumbing or heating, I know that I have Spiro to rely on and would recommend to everyone I know.

Spiro will always be my go to plumber when I need him! I had an issue where my hot water tank was leaking and gave him a call. He came by the next day and resolved the issue within under an hour. He broke down to me what happened and how he fixed the problem and I would say he is very professional and kind. 11/10 service and will call him up again if I need him for anything!
