Never, ever do business with this firm! After weeks of repeated requests to return the deposit funds, and several promises from Brian to do so, I finally received the deposit funds....maybe it was the claim I filed in Small Claims Court ? Who knows for sure?
NEVER EVER use this company!! The written quote was received, agreed upon and an initial deposit was made. Brian Freeman determined that the full scope of work was not doable and would return the deposit.....I have not received the refund despite voicemail and text message requests. Filed claim in Small Claims Court this morning, we'll see what happens next.
I would not do business with this company. I received, and accepted, a quote for exterior insulation services around my kitchen bay window. I paid a deposit in this regard. After subsequent examination of the work area, Brian F****** (President/Owner) indicated that he could not perform the services as indicated and would return my deposit funds.
