I went out in a hurry to help my 102 year old neighbor and left so quickly that I didn't think to grab my keys and my door locked as soon as it shut. I called Easter's and the person I spoke with was very kind and understanding. He said he thought he could have someone over in about an hour which was great. The locksmith that came was fantastic! Quick, efficient and cordial. I asked him for his last name because I wanted to let everyone know. Easter's and Kevin Ryan do a great job. A broken lock left me locked out of my house. A technician arrived within 90 minutes of my call, provided me with replacement options and installed the new lock. He also had 2 additional keys cut for me. I thought the cost was reasonable. Overall a wonderful experience!
