Not going back, the lady is great, unfortunately I always get the man, he rushes through the pedicure & does not do a great job, it was done in 20 minutes, my heals are hard & dry still- no lotion & I feel like he hates his job, she’d be better hiring another women, dissatisfied for the 3rd & last time, also chairs don’t work, & always cold inside, drying table doesn’t work they use a small plug in heater ?‍♀️

Just literally got my nails done a day ago and the tip of the gel paint is chipping. I got a full set with tips. I also noticed that one nail is crooked and another has lumps on the nail bed. I asked them also could they do a simple line design and he aggressively shook his head no. My pedi was ok and now I know if I do return, I’d get something basic like an overlay and pedicure
