I don't know why I keep ordering from here. They screw it up EVERY SINGLE TIME. This time I was missing two sandwiches. After Door Dash drops it off, I have to drive to the store and complain. I asked the cashier to make my entire order fresh, since everything is now cold. They would only give me the two missing sandwiches. Last time I was also missing two sandwiches and called the number on the app to get a refund. They said I would receive a credit, however that never happened. I know I shouldn't expect much from McDonald's, let's face it they all suck, but this McDonald's gets the award for worst location ever. I have learned my lesson.

I'm seriously wondering if the workers are capable of reading the order screens or if they just mess up orders for fun. At this point it's just crazy how much the orders are messed up. And it's gotten worse since the remodel & taking away the option to get your own soda. I uploaded my receipt it clearly says "Large COKE" but tell me why I get my soda home & it's wrong. It's either Dr Pepper or Cherry Coke. Either way it was nasty and not what I asked for. If you can't read receipts or order screens properly just say that. One of the single worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. It started out okay as I ordered but went south soon after. There are now 3 windows which just confuses things. I paid, went to the 2nd window and got my drinks, then was directed to go to the last window for my food. After a 5 minute wait, they gave me my food but forgot to put the sauce for the Mcnuggets in the bag. I blew the horn several times and no response. I then pulled around the obstacle course they call a parking lot to the front door and my son went in to get the sauces.
