I'm seriously wondering if the workers are capable of reading the order screens or if they just mess up orders for fun. At this point it's just crazy how much the orders are messed up. And it's gotten worse since the remodel & taking away the option to get your own soda. I uploaded my receipt it clearly says "Large COKE" but tell me why I get my soda home & it's wrong. It's either Dr Pepper or Cherry Coke. Either way it was nasty and not what I asked for. If you can't read receipts or order screens properly just say that. And it's not just tonight, anytime you order there something is always wrong. It's not hard to see what goes with order and make the order correctly. I sure hope management sees this and starts holding employees accountable for not doing their jobs efficiently.

Ordered two egg McMuffin today and ate one, the egg was not even totally cooked. It was runny and even crunchy. I’m sure it was egg shells. I stopped by the new renovated McDonald’s and was very disappointed
