I stopped by today with a well worn coat. My first time here. I asked the woman at the counter if it was going to cost $4.49. She said no, no, no. This will cost $13. But then she decided the coat was "too dirty" because it had pet hair on it and changed her price to $18. I didn't realize it was that negotiable! So much for Dry Clean 4 Less. I took the coat back and left. I will never return there. I don't have much faith in those business practices. Zips will charge me $2.29.

I've been coming here for 3 years without a problem. They offer same day service for dry cleaning, and about 2-day service to have shirts washed and starched. They also clean large items (like comforters) and do tailoring.

This is by far the worst dry cleaners I have gone too and by far the worst customer-business interaction I have had. Firstly, the lady I talked to spoke extremely broken English and was not clear about what service was going to be used for each item of clothing; nor was she receptive to my questions asking for clarification. Instead like a record on repeat, she continually restated the same thing over again. As a customer, I thought I was entitled to knowing what I am paying for. Before I paid, I changed my mind about my order and the lady promptly pushed my clothes back to me and said "sorry, no dry clean", because I had changed my mind.
