Go somewhere else! I used this cleaner to professionally care for a goose down jacket and my north force coat. The goose down zipper was broken yet they zippered the jacket and didn’t notify me of the damage. Keep in mind that it was a new jacket that I purchased from Nordstorm and I don’t wear it much in Baltimore so I wanted it washed before storing it after moving from chicago. I paid way too much for a basic cleaning. The zipper was damaged as well as the down feels pressed and I found white powder in the crevices of the jacket.I called to inform the owner of what happened and she hung up the phone on me. DO NOT GO HERE! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND OVERPRICED. I was told my skirt would be ready on Saturday. I went to pick it up on Tuesday morning and had to wait for 45 min. Not only did she open the shop an hour late, my skirt was still not hemmed. I had to come back during my lunch break to pick it up and she gave me only a $5 discount on the overcharged alteration bill of $66.
