I was able to book at Hamilton family dentistry over the weekend to be seen on Monday. When I got there the staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. The place is so clean and nicely laid out. The dental assistant was so pleasant and understanding to my pain! The dentist was able to help me with my immediate pain as well as options for a treatment plan. The dentist also wanted to ensure I did not have outrageous out of pocket costs. Overall wonderful experience! Happy I chose this place and it’s 6 minutes away from where I live.“

“I had a panic attack because one of my front, bottom teeth suddenly broke. I have never had to get any dental work done and the whole situation made me so stressed and nervous. I cannot express enough how amazing the whole team at Dr. Sanzari’s office was to me. I called, anxious and desperate for help. Kelly calmed me down, reassured me, and squeezed me in ASAP. When I got there and went back to see Dr. Sanazari, I was literally crying with fear and anxiety. Dawn and Bonnie repeatedly soothed me, helping me feel comfortable and safe. They told me they’d all take care of me and that this kind of thing happens, that it’s very normal. They listened to me and encouraged me which helped me relax. Then Dr. Sanzari worked her magic!! She examined the tooth, shared her expertise, answered my questions patiently, and explained my options. Her advice and recommendations were conscious of my fears, my time, and my financial situation. We decided to mend the tooth there on the spot, and I was absolutely amazed at the work she did! “I found Dr. Denise almost 30 years ago. First things first, Dr. Denise is an exceptionally skilled dentist. The office is impeccable. Parking is a breeze most days and times.A little bit of back story. Back in the 80’s, I had a wonderful dentist whom I adored. He was very skillful, and also one of the very few dentists who would treat HIV positive patients. While I am not HIV positive, I so much respected him for being open minded, and providing care to what was then an under-served population. When he and his wife moved out of state, Dr. Denise agreed to take on his patients. Even though we lived over 30 minutes away, we decided to stick with her, because of her compassion and willingness to serve. We, and almost everyone in our family and friend group have made the trek to Federal Hill Smiles. Dr. Denise is not only compassionate, but also an exceptionally skilled dentist.“
