In November of‘ 22, I got a phone call from my mom that she had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. It was a three-way call with her and her oncologist. I knew that I needed to go get a therapy counseling regiment started because I don’t know how much time she really had versus what she was telling me, and I needed to work out a laundry list of life issues…

My counseling sessions with Shardae over the past 2 years have helped me mature in ways unimaginable and have empowered me to live a more healthy and positive life. Her ability to listen, provide a safe space to be vulnerable, give real accountable feedback, and provide me with tools for growth to deal with my personal challenges has been so impactful. I am grateful for the ability to speak with her on a schedule that is flexible with my lifestyle and counseling needs. Plus her professionalism and ability to work with people in such a kind and compassionate way is amazing. I would absolutely recommend her counseling services.
