Requested a consultation through Home depot around 730 am and got a call back from Bahr Plumbing services right after 8 am. Explained my issues with my hot water heater- Erica was understanding and very knowledgeable about what to offer and came back with three quotes to give me options. I had to call back to discuss with my husband and Erica was extremely patient and even told me that there were openings today, but they may be gone by the time I call back, but they would accommodate me on my traveling schedule. She was great through the whole process.

I ordered a new hot water heater from Home Depot and DW Bahr Plumbing was the contractor. I was surprised that they came out the same day to connect the water heater. They were professional, fast, and explained the work. I'll keep them in mind for future work.

After a disappointing experience with Constellation Energy, I contacted Bahr (through Home Depot) for a new water heater. I dealt with Marnie, who was so nice I wanted to take her out to lunch. The two gentlemen who installed the appliance were extremely courteous and efficient. The cost was $3 more than Constellation's quote. I highly recommend this company.
