Dr Shook and her staff are wonderful. Dr Shook is a great veterinarian. My cat Kashmire has hyperthyroidism and stage 2 kidney disease and I know he is in good hands with Dr Shook. I would recommend her above any veterinarian.
CityPets is great with my dog Norbert, who is reactive with other dogs and anxious with new experiences. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend them as a vet for any city pet!
They’re always so kind and considerate. I’ve brought my senior cat in several times since I adopted her in early 2021. Whether it’s routine checkups or issues that pop up, the front desk reception is always keen to help and will call to check in during recovery. Dr. Shook is kind and thorough - my very sassy cat is calmer in her and her team’s presence than with any other “strangers”.
