Our 10yr old cat, Mollie, died suddenly yesterday and as a family we decided to go with cremation but this was our first time losing a pet; we were heartbroken and unsure of how to go about this. I reached out, via text, to Charm City Crematorium after merely reading the reviews. Not to be dishonest but the pricing is a little high compared to everyone else but with that said, the young woman who was everything to us today was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise… Rosie was a counselor, friend and honorary member of my family for the time I was there. I took my babygirl Luna there last year and they were so compassionate and I got her back in a very timely manner and loved the different packages they offered and they are very reasonable on price and I had to take another one of my baby’s king to them this past weekend I highly recommend them they treat your baby as their own

I called around to several places for my daughter's bunny to be cremated after he passed away suddenly. This is the only place that took him so soon. The compassion and care they showed me from the start was amazing. They offered several options, at a reasonable rate I chose the pocket pet package and man can I say they went above and beyond. He came back in a special heart shaped urn, inside a fancy cushioned box, a nice clay print of his paws customized with his name, a stand for the urn to sit on and a commerative keepsake of some of his fur, as well as a cremation certificate and even the bag to put it all in was customized with his name. We strive to constantly educate the Veterinarian Community to show dignity to our client's pets even after their passing. Sadly, this is ongoing work.
