Used Carpet Works to replace a stair runner in the townhouse I purchased. I worked with Liz Grimm who supported me through the decision making process and remained customer focused throughout. She understood my esthetic and suggested countless options, sending me suggestions by email or samples by courier/mail. She also respected my budget and never tried to up-sell me. The stair runner was installed with professionalism and I am very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Carpet Works without hesitation.

Excellent customer service! From the staff in the show room to the gentlemen who installed our carpet, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I feel like Carpet Works went above and beyond to meet our needs. They have oodles of carpets to choose from and were quick to get ours ordered and installed!
