The day before I brought in my vehicle to be repaired, someone hit my car causing the need for another repair with an entirely different insurance company. Caliber serviced both repairs seamlessly. They kept me in the loop the entire time. My car looks amazing. And it was cleaned to perfection both inside and out.

Super friendly staff and very helpful with this being my first experience with insurance and damages etc. answered all my dumb questions and gave advice on where to get rentals and dealings with all that. cannot recommend enough. Thank you, hopefully never need to come back but if I need work done this is where it will be.

Everyone from customer service to the body shop workers were unbelievably kind, friendly and helpful! They never made you feel like you were asking too many questions and were even helpful with notifying the rental car company to let them know I was done and could be picked up. This group of people are amazing!!
