Robert and the rest of the team did an excellent job with the repair, and while it took longer than I would have liked, that was due to the parts not being available. Caliber kept me updated on a regular basis and were courteous and professional.

Highly recommended ! I was updated daily on the progress and status of my vehicle. I received my vehicle looking great. The staff is friendly and experienced. They helped me through the entire process. Mechanics are knowledgeable and helpful.

One thing that I did want to raise was that my vehicle's interior is quite dusty and initially smelled slightly like cigarettes. I understand the team was in and out my car during the repair process but it'd go a long way to return the vehicle in a clean state inside and out. Otherwise, I've had a great experience with your team and the repair process.
