Ive been there twice and had my hair done with princess and everything was fine. I called them this past sunday and asked if they could do tree braids sent a picture of what I wanted, I was very clear.. When i got there Monday at 6:30am they ladies took 30 minutes to talk to each other back and forth.very rude. I asked again if they could do my hair. The lady showed me a picture of tree braids i told her thats not what i want. Got up took my hair with me. Never again. Ladies I did get my tree braids last night with TQueen and it is more that what I could have asked for. You ladies need to get it together.

Walked in the store today with my daughter. Two people braiding hair one was sitting on the couch eating and one in the back with the baby on her back. My daughter went there to get two braids. They all stood there, staring no one asked how can I help you?. The one that was sitting on the sofa put her food away I think she was eating fruit, she got up and just started doing the girl hair. She didn’t wash her hands.. They were so rude and polite and unprofessional. So we just walked out, never going back again!!!!
