Ive been there twice and had my hair done with princess and everything was fine. I called them this past sunday and asked if they could do tree braids sent a picture of what I wanted, I was very clear.. When i got there Monday at 6:30am they ladies took 30 minutes to talk to each other back and forth.very rude. I asked again if they could do my hair. The lady showed me a picture of tree braids i told her thats not what i want. Got up took my hair with me. Never again. Ladies I did get my tree braids last night with TQueen and it is more that what I could have asked for. You ladies need to get it together.

DISRESPECTFUL! Took advantage of my sister. She came in with her natural hair washed and combed out. She asked for this style with her own hair and they charged her $180 !!!!!!!!!! STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. Combs dirty! Nothing is washed properly!!!!!!!! YOU ARE WRONG AND A DISRESPECTFUL PLACE OF BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!! And then they responsed with: Sorry that you feel this way. The service that your sister requested was worth $180. We understand that it might be out of her budget but we cannot change our prices every time a customer asks us to do so. We price according to the quality of the service provided and the techniques required. We also evaluate the time it would take to do it. Sorry.. FIRST OF ALL WE ARE HIGHLY PAID AND FAIRED OVER HERE. THANK YOU! Second OF ALL , ITS HER OWN HAIR AND YOU CHARGING $180 BEST BELIEVE I WILL INFORM EVERY PERSON I KNOW TO NEVER EVER GO HERE EVER !!!!!!!
