Stopped in yesterday because my frames had a torn silicon nose pad. Even though I didn't purchase the frames from this location they offered to service my frames. They didn't have an exact matching replacement so they replaced both pads at no charge. Then they noticed the frames weren't properly sitting on my face so they adjusted the fit as well. Could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about fitting frames. Looks like a really nice selection of frames as well.

I agree with the positive review. Although the store does sometimes become busy (this is completely unpredictable), this is a quality place that provides excellent and very personal service unavailable elsewhere. I have been going to them for nearly ten years and they are the best!

I don't usually post reviews but when I saw the 1 star review I have to stand against it. This is the absolute best place in Baltimore to find special frames if you're particular. Don't come here expecting a discount chain. Service and product is top grade.
