Joe came out to fix my mother’s dryer. It was working great then started to make a weird noise which had nothing to do with the service he provided. I called him to notify him about it. WITH NO HESITATION HE CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER AND FIXED ANOTHER UNDERLYING CONDITION. Joe is GREAT. When I say reliable, he is RELIABLE, he communicates and is a man of his word. DEFINITELY will be my new maintenance guy lol. THANK JOE. YOU’RE AWESOME. YOU TOOK SOME STRESS OFF MY MOMS SHOULDERS.

Joe came out within the hour on a Sunday to fix my malfunctioning gas oven! The repair took less than an hour and now my oven works like a charm! Thank you! Five stars would not hesitate to call Bay Winds next time an appliance needs fixing!
