They do an excellent job. Sam the owner is very patient and thorough with all my devices. I had a damaged laptop touchscreen and it has been working wonders. I also needed some technical support after having my hard drive repaired. Sam was there to assist me with that as well in a professional and courteous manner. I highly recommend bringing your computer to Baltimore PC Repair for any computer repair needs. I spilled water on my laptop and it would not turn on. I initially called a couple other places in the area and nobody could look at my laptop for 2+ weeks. I was able to drop my laptop off with John 20 minutes after I reached out. He was very communicative and kept me informed of what was going on during the whole process. It ended up not being worth the cost in parts to repair my laptop, but John was kind enough to explain all of my options.
