I needed an appointment rather quickly due to an injury and I got in within a week. The location was a bit of a drive but directly across from emergency at Sinai hospital. Upon entering the parking lot you have to get a ticket and you have to pay for it before you leave the building-negative stars for charging a patient to park so they can get in to see the physician. Great care, but I want to call out staffer who went above and beyond as she left for day: Doreen Gainer. She stopped and helped me find my key after I tripped and got banged up. She also took a good 15 minutes trying to help and let an older couple struggling w/ prescription coverage even though she was clear that it was not her area of expertise. Care Bravely Hero! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️employee
Dr. Garonzik is a great doctor and he took excellent care of me. I had developed an infection in my back from a implant that I had put in and he was on point with controlling the infection. He explain in detail this plan of action to control and get rid of my infection which of course includes surgery. After Dr. Garonzik explained everything in detail, I absolutely had no questions. His office is very clean and his office personnel is very nice especially Nicole. She was a sweetheart and so pleasant to talk to. I would definitely refer my family and friends to his practice if they are having any problems with what he specializes in!
