My prescription was about to run out so I submitted a request through the pharmacy to contact my doctor for a refill. I had an appointment coming up but my pills would run out before that. Needless to say it was not approved by Dr. Carissa Gibson who I've seen a few times already last year. On top of that my appointment was canceled and when attempting to get another there wasn't any available for 3 months. At this point I decided to go with another doctor just to get my prescription and still had to wait another month to be seen. I'm searching for another facility because it doesn't seem like she cares too much about her patients. What's crazy... read full review
They are the worst!!! I had an appointment was already waiting 2 hours to be seen.. they had a fire drill after I had already been waiting 2 hours go back inside wait another hour and I left. To get a text.. now today I get a text that my daughter appointment for 8/28/24 was canceled
This is the absolute WORST clinic on earth. They are unprofessional, they have cancelled 4 of my last appointments, they operate with so much confusion and they do not respond to any messages or requests!! RUN!!
