I was seeing Dr. Rainey and she is the worst doctor that I’ve ever seen ever ever seen. You would call up there after you’ve had an appointment up to two weeks later and still not have your prescriptions put in. Then after calling almost two weeks, I call and leave a message for the doctor and say can one sent for the supervisor also and of course I got no return call from the doctor or supervisor after leaving three or four messages for Dr. Rainey it also includes I may went up there two times and left a message at the front desk for the doctor. This is my second time here and I honestly want to transfer here permanently. Lots of parking, security guard is very kind, receptionist are very professional, the place is clean, SMELLS clean, and the nurses/doctors actually care. I felt very welcomed both times and these employees show alot of care. Definitely my preferred BMS location. Short wait also.

My prescription was about to run out so I submitted a request through the pharmacy to contact my doctor for a refill. I had an appointment coming up but my pills would run out before that. Needless to say it was not approved by Dr. Carissa Gibson who I've seen a few times already last year. On top of that my appointment was canceled and when attempting to get another there wasn't any available for 3 months. At this point I decided to go with another doctor just to get my prescription and still had to wait another month to be seen.
