This is the absolute WORST clinic on earth. They are unprofessional, they have cancelled 4 of my last appointments, they operate with so much confusion and they do not respond to any messages or requests!! RUN!!

I am absolutely disgusted by this practice. Attempted to establish care 10/2023 made appt-they called and cancelled, got another appt and they cancelled again. The next available appt is 10/2024.

This is the worst clinic ever they are hard to get an appointment with the doctors do the bare minimum. I was scheduled for a virtual appointment and their system never connected me to the doctor I waited 30 mins to to be seen and they never made an effort to join the chat then they called 45 mins later asking if I still wanted to do the chat after I was already in my morning class don’t go here if you have other options I’m looking for a different primary doctor now!
