We're truly blessed to have such an amazing teacher as Elizabeth here in Baltimore. Yes, there are other "breathwork" instructors around town, but no one who utilizes Elizabeth' particular style of teaching. The cumulative effects of sound bathing, group camaraderie and her positive reinforcement make for one expansive, unparalleled, dynamic experience. During her class you may laugh, you may let out guttural screams or you may cry...or you may not do any of these, but you'll definitely leave feeling more uplifted, energized and better equipped to take on life' challenges!

We're truly blessed here in Baltimore to have such an gifted teacher as Elizabeth. Her particular modality is unique as I'm unaware of anyone else in town utilizing her particular method. During one of her classes you may laugh, cry, or let out a guttural scream, or you may experience none of these, but you'll definitely access parts of subconscious that leave you feeling lighter, more refreshed and more compassionate for yourself and the world around you. Unfortunately words can't fully capture what takes place during one of her classes, you'll just have to check it out for yourself!

A different and wonderful experience every time I have been. Liz is genuine and loves helping others with breathwork practice. I found it so helpful as I was undergoing chemo and surgeries to process feelings and work through fear and feel whole. Thank you, Liz!

From Baltimore Breathwork

AN ACTIVE MEDITATION FOR MUSIC LOVERS Baltimore Breathwork is a hybrid of breathwork and sound healing. Sound healing is a type of meditation that uses crystal sound bowls, gongs, rattles, tuning forks, and chimes to realign the mind, body, and soul. Breathwork is a powerful, active meditation technique for self-healing. This particular breathing pattern moves stuck energy, and bypasses the thinking mind while opening the heart. This is a powerful tool for processing unresolved emotions. Most people leave sessions feeling lighter, and more connected to their authentic selves. The breathwork is an active breath through the mouth, not the nose. Trained by David Elliott breathwork in Los Angeles.
