When our AC quit working, scheduling a technician was quick and easy. We were kept informed about the tech’s arrival time. Wayne G (the tech)was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain what he found and what our options were. Thanks to all involved for helping solve our problem quickly.
My A/C was not working as it should. I called and they were able to come out the next day. They did a thorough diagnostic and found a solution for a rather complex puzzle. I could not be more impressed with their professionalism and level of skill. As a result of this experience, I intend to use them for my heating and cooling maintenance.
I had a remarkable experience with Amazing from the estatement with Mark to the crew coming in and converting my oil unit to gas. I truly appreciate the experience from beginning to end. It was a huge job and Amazing handled it with exceptional professionalism and expertise!
