Scheduled and paid a deposit for a travel appointment with this business one month ago and was just informed 30 mins ago of a cancellation VIA TEXT (after business hours) for an appointment I scheduled for tomorrow, 12/19 on today 12/18! I understand it’s a pandemic but how can you expect customers to give a 48 hour notice of cancellation meanwhile we receive a less than 24 hour notice! Essentially leaving me no other options for my event date in less than 24 hours, extremely ridiculous and unprofessional!!!
