About 3 days before Christmas my water heater broke and I was very stressed. I found Abend Services while looking for a plumber in my area and I'm so glad they're the ones I called. I live in an older house and my water heater is in a crawlspace under my house- not a great spot for it if you need it replaced. Abend Services sent out a Technician the same day and replaced my unit the next morning. They removed the old water heater without making a big mess and got the new one in with a little extra effort. Abend was able to schedule an appointment for the same day to check out our sump pump issue -- during a rainy spring when I know they had to be getting tons of calls for drainage issues.
Dustin arrived early (after calling to check first to make sure we'd be home) and was friendly, courteous & professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our pump, provided a reasonable quote for replacement with some options he explained & answered questions about, and got the job done quickly once we settled on one.
Will definitely be calling Abend again when we're in need of one of the services they offer!
