From start to finish, I had a great experience with Tom for my lead paint inspection for my home in Baltimore City. He was easy to reach, responsive, thorough and very informative as I had a lot of questions along the way. He's very professional and prompt. He sent a video right after the inspection to show what I needed to address. I would definitely reach out to him if you're in need of a lead paint inspection and am positive he'll do a great job with any other services he provides. Tom is the best. I've had the pleasure of working with Tom on several properties in Baltimore City. He is extremely helpful throughout the entire process and goes above and beyond to answer any questions I have. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their go-to lead inspector.
