Have asked them to cancel our lawn service for months now, but they keep charging our credit card. After many attempts to reach them over the phone (they don’t return calls) my wife was promised a refund. We never got it and they continue to charge our credit card. Stay away.

I would not recommend this lawn company at all - do not pre-pay- I pre-paid for a years service-PLUS aeration- I got 2 treatments and no aeration- I called & left messages- it was always " I'll call you back" I should have read the reviews - which were terrible- but an acquaintance recommend them. Our yard is full of weeds- and has been since summer.He always says he can't hear you or they are having phone problems- I think he is developmentally & mentally delayed.

After using this company for about 10 years, I've finally had enough. I should have followed my hunch from the bullying and profanity laced INITIAL interaction with the owner, Bud. On the day of install, his company was missing parts and wanted me to go buy them and then charge me for the parts I went to purchase myself. I refused and he went crazy. On what should have been a 2 day installed turned into nearly a week - constant excuses - workers called off, still missing the right equipment or tools. Any time I've had an issue, I have NEVER been able to get a hold of anyone in a timely manner. Usually takes 5 or more voicemails or texts to even get a response, if they ever call. If they do call, which is rare, they act angry that I have an issue. I have paid religiously into their annual winterization and warranty plan, yet 2 of the cases I've had to fix on my own due to them being unresponsive. The one time I actually need assistance due to a busted head, I get a bill for over $100 for something covered under warranty. Stay far away from this company and I hope they go out of business.
