301 Najoles Rd #202, Millersville“Where should I begin?! I had been on the fence about trying CrossFit, having been intimidated by a few boxes I tried. But Old Line changed my perception completely! My experience here has been very pleasant, from the very first email/text inquiry I sent them, to every class I have been to. Annie has been very prompt in setting me up for a free drop-in class, the subsequent Foundation classes, and initiating my membership. Melissa is a personable coach who is very patient with my questions (and over-thinking mind) during the Foundation classes. Jason is super knowledgeable in correcting my forms. Every coach I have met is very professional and approachable. The class-goers are diverse. The WODs are carefully planned with a huge variety. The classes are well structured with scaling options. The facility is very clean, organized, and HUGE with a nice lounge and 3 bathrooms/showers. They use Wodify to help you reserve/sign-in to classes, track your progress, check out the leaderboards, and even look up movements/techniques. Their website is up-to-date with membership options that include pricing - a feature that I really appreciate, because not that many boxes have their pricing listed anywhere. Besides CrossFit, they offer open gym, yoga classes, CrossFit Kids. They also host a plethora of community events and training. I highly recommend Old Line CrossFit to anyone who is looking for a clean and well-equipped box to workout with a team of professional coaches and friendly athletes.“

Have come to appreciate more and more ease of use and availability of bottles waters, celcius and vitamins in a pay as you go format.At a little over a buck a day- it’s the best value for the money for sure!“

2101 Somerville Rd Suite 120, Annapolis“Bad side is privacy. 3-5am is my gym time frame. I chose a 24hr gym because of my work hours. The gym is perfect don't get me wrong. The staff is nice. The equipment is organized and spaced out. Only thing I hate is that I can see inside the gym from the main road and parking lot because it's so much light it's like a fish bowl. When I'm inside the gym i can hardly see out. So that makes me worried a little about peepers or car theft etc. Annapolis is a nice area but you never know. I do try to come in during business hours but it's just so time consuming. I highly suggest to invest in privacy film, tint, shades, anything to help make your clients feel safer at night. Also I haven't noticed any other then the ring camera at the door you use they key to but hopefully there's cameras inside as well.“

Great machines, super friendly staff, and didn’t have to wait for any equipment due to overcrowding. Highly suggest for anyone in the area looking for a great and easy place to lift!“
“So I went for my first appointment with the nurse practitioner. Two more preliminary appointments to go with the dietician and movement trainer. I can say that it was a great experience. Not only did they listen, but they also gave ample opportunity to ask questions and they understood what issues were and didn't dismiss them. Looking forward to my second appointment with the dietician.“
