“I needed a plumber for my bath tub faucet. My neighbor referred me to Howard Plumbing. My home and plumbing is over 50 years old. They were able to replace the broken parts. But they were concerned about the tile on the bathroom wall side that they might damage one of the tiles trying to remove it to do the repair. They did crack a piece off. They could not replace it with a same color tile. They said they could putty both pieces together in place. I agreed to that. The wall looks fine. They did a great job. They are concerned, caring, and professional in their work. I highly reccomend them.“

Last week Wayne and Travis came out and replaced my four piece kitchen faucet with a new faucet. They also fix the hot water shut off valve for me. “Joe and Sam to young men who are very professional and knew their craft came and complete the installation of my new water heater unit. My old unit was 23 years old and it was leaking. Joe came first and carefully removed the old unit and replaced it. He was focused and very friendly. I felt good to have someone who was confident working on my system. An important feature is they are local and very fair with their price. Also I asked Joe about the price to replace my toilet, and he looked at it and said the toilet is fine just replace the gasket. He share the simplicity of the process so I got a gasket and did it myself and saved money from having to buy a new toilet. Thanks Joe for that advice. At the end Joe and Sam explained what they did how to run the new unit and made sure I was clear on the steps. Brian kept in touch and followed up with all my questions quickly. “KT Tiles did an amazing job with our guest bathroom renovation. This was a 100% renovation that involved removing a 1980 bathroom with a shower enclosure and replacing it with a contemporary, custom built tile shower, floor, and sliding glass doors. Despite the fact some of the 12x24 tile, I had purchase, were slightly warped, Kalev and his team built fantastic shower walls perfectly blending the pattern in the tiles. We had our first guest using the bathroom this week and they were "blown-away" by high great it looks. More importantly, Kalev was great to work with. He was very willing to do what we wanted done, but also very willing to make suggestions for improving on our thoughts and designs. He was also very accommodating about doing additional parts of the overall project; the end result being he did virtually the entire renovation (for very little more than the original estimate). I had another company do our main bathroom renovation (about twice the size) and was charged five times as much for not the same quality of craftsmanship. Bottom line, I have another bathroom to renovate and I will be using KT Tiles.“

Called at 1pm and talked to I assume the owner who said his son would be out..2 hours later my very-difficult-spot-for-a-pipe-to-work-in leak was all fixed by his son. Very friendly, very efficient and honestly, they should be charging more compared to other plumbers I called. They don't price gouge you just to step in your door. He typed everything in that I wanted done, and that needed to be done. He took his company IPad and worked out the costs in detail. They were very reasonable, and made it an easy and pleasant experience. Having had other companies out sending salesmen and not the experienced person who will be doing the work, was refreshing. Ron needed some parts to complete the job that day, and phoned his company to see if he could get them as soon as possible. His manager went out of his way to bring the parts to him. Ron was great to work with, conscientious, professional, and great at his job. He repaired and replaced the fixtures that were worn and inefficient, as well as cleaned everything up! “On Wednesday morning I noticed that my constant pressure well pump was running continuously. After confirming that there must be a serious leak and that it was not inside the house I found water bubbling around our outside well pump. After turning off the pump I placed an emergency “no water” repair request with our commercial plumber of 25 years. They said they “might” be able to come out on Friday, 2 days later. So I called 3 other contractors including Scardina who I had never used before. They had their crew at my home in less than 3 hours. Immediately identifying the problem Earl & Bobby spent the next 7 hours digging a 5ft trench around the well head casing. They found the leak (an iron pipe collar that our home builder should have never used due to rusting), replaced it with solid stainless steel fittings, and then replaced everything (including the surrounding landscape material & plants) as if nothing was ever disturbed. Long story short, in record time my well pump was repaired and I could once again take a shower.
I can’t say enough good things about Sardinia Plumbing, and more specifically Bobby & Earl. They have won my business and loyalty as a future customer with one single visit. (I even erased my prior plumbing contractor number from my phone). They were timely (crucial), professional (required) and courteous (appreciated) during the entire operation.
