I came to Personalized Physical Therapy with abdominal separations and a build up of scar tissue stemming from 3 surgeries (2 cesarean sections). It was an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Vagnoni and Ms. Donovan. The practice employs highly skilled and qualified individuals while at the same time providing a caring and kind environment for their patients. I am grateful for all the care I received and was able to fully heal from my issues within 10 sessions. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I cannot rave about Nicole enough! She’s so amazing not only with helping me with my postpartum recovery from 2 c sections, but also with my kiddos during our sessions! My kids love the playroom, and I love that I can do something to take care of me where they are safe, having fun and in arms reach. I am able to do things in just 4 sessions I physically never thought I’d do again-like sit up normally! I may not have a six pack, or a flat stomach but the change I see in the mirror is so incredible and honestly not one I ever expected to see at 12 months postpartum. 5 million star recommendation from me!!
