Last week, I had to make the difficult decision to lay my beloved cat Pudge to rest on her 17th birthday. I could not have asked for a more compassionate experience from Bay Hills Animal Hospital. It is obvious how much Dr. Kaiser cherishes the animals in her care. Her generous and boundless empathy was evident as she gently helped my soul pet transition. Her technician Tyler was equally as kind and empathetic. They both made a heartbreaking situation just a bit more tolerable, and I will be forever grateful!
Dr. Kaiser has been an amazing vet for our dog for the past 12 years. We recently moved out of state, and we already miss her professionalism, genuine concern, knowledgeable insights (and reasonable prices!) She and her staff proactively reached out to our new vet in Florida to provide them our dog’s history, etc. Above and beyond! She is the best – we could not have asked for a better vet. She has our highest recommendation!
