Mr. Willie and his crew saved our deck!! Other contractors insisted we tear down and rebuild our 2nd story deck. We had just bought our first home and the 2021 housing market is brutal. We certainly weren't going to shell out 20k+. I hired a structural engineer to get an uninterested party's opinion. The deck was structurally sound. What it needed was a refresh. Boards were old,, creaky,, split and because of the deck being attached to a ledger, just felt weird to me. Mr. Willie and crew replaced top railing, all decking, added 2 support posts and secured the existing 3 posts with deep concrete. They reached the design between the rails as that was fine just needed a refresh so it was also stained. We could put a trampoline on the deck and it will not move or creak! They did the construction in one day and staining took one day! What I was being told was a one month, 20k+ job by greedy contractors- turned out to be a 2 day job at a mere fraction of that hefty price tag. They know decks!! I wouldn't hesitate to use Mr. Willie for anything else our new home needs done. We'll be doing a fence and patio next. We've seen pictures of his work and couldn't be more excited to work with him again!

Willie Home Improvement performed an exterior painting job for us on our townhome. Pros: - quick turnaround on estimates - competitive pricing - highly skilled and professional team - great communication - showed up on time - clean work and cleaned up behind themselves - diverse team - professional - excellent work quality - friendly staff Cons: - None Hands down this has been one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor. We will definitely use Willie again for future home projects and refer him to friends & family. Highly recommend!
