I needed a quick repair of my heat pump to fix a couple of problems found by a home inspector prior to selling my house. After finding a coupon online for a different company that came out and gave me a very expensive bid, I decided to look for a local company. I found and contacted Wehn HVAC yesterday afternoon. Wehn came and fixed my heat pump today for less than 1/3 of the cost of the other company. The job Wehn did appears to be high quality. Wehn HVAC was the contractor used to install our systems in our new home build two years ago. And aside from a few mechanical failures (all were covered by warranty ), they had been fine to work with.Well fast forward to two weeks ago. I called John Sr. about having a humidifier installed.He gave me recommendations and I told him I’d call him back shortly after discussing the options with my wife. Tried calling back that day but got voicemail, no problem I left a message. Hadn’t heard back so I called back later the next day. He said he had to look at his schedule and would get back to me.
