Before I started the True Core 6-week jump start program, I struggled with maintaining a regular workout schedule and often found myself snacking throughout the day instead of eating balanced meals. I also found myself getting really frustrated—missing one workout would derail my entire week, leaving me stressed and even less motivated.This time around, things have been different.
