I'm just going to start off saying that I hire a lot of professionals for services expecting them to be the expert in their field and to do the job correctly the 1st time hired and usually end up feeling unsatisfied with what they deliver.Justin and his team are spectacular, I have no complaints whatsoever! I love that when I call their office during their hours, someone actually answers the phone instead of having to leave messages or play phone tag all day. My wife needed to get her taxes amended and had called several accountants and left messages but never heard back. She then tried Poole Accounting. They immediately answered and set up an appointment. She met with Justin Poole who reviewed all of her documentation and explained in detail the information contained in her tax forms and the reasoning behind the information. She was very impressed with Justin and his team and would contact them in the future for any tax issues. Highly recommend this team!
