We visited the Annapolis location this evening after my son came home from daycare not acting himself and complaining of ear pain. The check in was easy as we had an appointment online. We were greeted by friendly, polite staff and quickly seated in a clean room with a TV that was actually on. My son was so excited that the Tv was on tonight and I was happy myself because it made the whole experience more enjoyable as he was entertained while we waited. After a very short wait, we were met by NP Jessica Degrasse who was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall was amazing! I don’t usually write reviews, but our experience tonight was a 10/10 and we are so thankful!
