I have been experiencing chronic neck pain and lower back pain for 3+ years. After visiting numerous doctors, having numerous tests, paying copays with no relief and honestly feeling defeated, I came across Maryland Disc Institute. I 10/10 recommend! I'm finally having days pain free! I'm just starting here but there seems to be hope that i can live pain free again. If you are like me, try it!

best chiropractor and practice my family goes to, swears by and recommends to all. clean, friendly, accommodating, amazing work no matter what you have done and they really care about your health! check up phone calls, homeopathic alternatives, Dr tries her best for urgent fit ins and great staff. 10/10 all around!!

I could hardly walk. Dr Hodges worked with me above and beyond the call. Dr Hodges and her staff were wonderful!! I am now standing upright and walking without pain. She is absolutely the best! I thank her so very much!!
