Have had the pleasure of Dr Burke on a few occasions this year. Having multiple medical conditions, my case file can be overwhelming and previous PCP (other practice) have let me down by basically not listening or following through. Her assistant, Stephanie is very attentive and is a pleasure.

Sadly, I think I’m going to be looking for a new doctor’s office. This place has changed so much in twenty years, not for the better. The staff is mediocre at best and my doctor, who I always thought so highly of, acts like his hair is on fire every time I see him. I see him maybe twice a year and he can’t stop to answer a couple of questions. Everything is done through MyChart, there’s no personal contact unless absolutely necessary. This may be due to corporate pressure, the pandemic, and natural burnout, or all three. Very disappointing.

I think the walk in clinics and urgent care will be clustered with non medical problems. What is the point in having a doctor if you cannot get in to see them. Another doctor told me it would be 3 months to reschedule a 15 minute appointment. Really? So why are you taking new patients? Ridiculous.
