On July 2, 2024, I had a very disheartening lash experience at the Annapolis location. However, Johnny, the Operations Manager, contacted me immediately to address the situation. He shared my surprise about the service I received and was determined to make things right. Johnny to say the least is amazing and genuinely cares about the business and its clients.
After a consultation with Carissa at the Crofton location, I felt comfortable, understood, and at ease. She assured me that we would get this right without causing any additional damage to my natural lashes. Carissa was phenomenal and incredibly gentle to the touch.

Angelie was so professional and gentle. It was a wonderful experience. I was very nervous and she put me at ease and did a wonderful job. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend them any time.
