Good quality but when you need to make a service appointment it’s really unprofessional. They gave me a set time frame of when the technician was suppose to arrive. I had to call to see where the person was considering it was past the time frame. They said he was running 45-60 mins behind schedule. When I called to complain to customer service they literally said “oh ok”. It’s difficult to get service appointments in a timely fashion. Consider taking the whole day off work for them. Really disappointed.

I work with Mr. Kelly Ridings at KBC on a regular basis. Because of his attention to detail in his designs, and willingness to go above and beyond, I followed him from another major cabinet supplier (Which I worked with for 30 years) to KBC. I am glad I did! Kelly fits right in at KBC. I have worked with everyone from the manager to customer service and the delivery guys. Everyone at KBC gives you the time you need without hesitation. The products offered are superior to what I was using, and KBC makes It easy to compare cabinets with the pricing system they have in place.
